Health & Safety:

We would appreciate it if you could take a few moments to familiarise yourself with the Health & Safety information that follows:

We sincerely hope that your time with us will be a happy and safe experience.  Sadly, accidents do happen.
It is our aim to reduce the risk of accidents by making the environment as safe as possible.  To achieve this, we ask for your help by reading these brief notes which provide guidance on the use of the premises and what to do in the event of an emergency.

Please ensure that when visiting the premises that cars are parked in such a way that they do not obstruct the entrance/exit; and that access is assured for any emergency vehicles at all times.

Smoking

All facilities operate a no Smoking Policy within the grounds.

Fire

If you hear a fire alarm in the building you must leave with your child via the nearest available exit and proceed to the Assembly point on the field close to the car park.

If you discover or suspect a fire please raise the alarm by pressing one of the red break call units situated in all corridors.

Please sign the registration form on entry to the sports hall so that we can account for everyone in the case of emergency.

You must supervise your child at all times whilst he/she is at tackletots.

Should you come across a fault, damage or other violation which might cause injury and cannot be rectified immediately then a member of the tackletots team should be informed immediately.

First Aid / Accident Book

First aid kits are kept on site but parent/guardians should take responsibility for their child in the first instance.
